Thanks for posting your SIM card replacement query via the community, we appreciate you reaching out and would like to welcome you to the forums!
As we have ceased providing mobile services and all accounts were transferred to O2 you would need to contact them in regards to a replacement SIM. They can be contacted using any of the methods here and a member of the team will be happy to arrange this for you 🙂
