I Just started a new contract on Wednesday and i have only received one email with the pre-contract documents, I have not received any of the others that have the security key on etc. so i am unable to sign my credit agreement.

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. We do apologise that you have not received the correct documents.
As this is for a Mobile contract, we would advise you to contact our Mobile team on 789/0345 600 0789 or message out team on 0753 301 6422, as we cannot send these documents from out community forums.
Unfortumately, if you have not signed the documents within 48 hours, we may have to re-process the order as they will not let the order go through without a signature.
Have you checked your junk/spam folders to make sur it has not dropped in there?

Can you confirm are you a new customer or are you an existing customer that was re-contracting?
