I have an old blueyonder email account. Since getting a new phone I’ve been unable to send/receive emails as I cannot remember the password. How do I get a password reset on this account?

Hey Micknoblet, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am so sorry to hear this.
Right now Our teams were working through the night to complete planned and essential work to our email service. This was carried out overnight to minimise disruption for our email users, but unfortunately we have since encountered some technical difficulties this morning which means email users may be experiencing intermittent issues with their email service.
