Argghhh VM / O2 loop of confusion

I need assistance with this - i can't see who my handset contract sits with. O2 are doing my billing but hey cant help with my handset - please point me in the right direction, i have multiple bills inc. VM Broadband / TV where there is 0 visibility on the costs. Also have a Volt sim originally with VM that now migrated to O2 and the costs are going up & up.

Sorry to hear you've been given the run around in regards to your handset loan, thanks for raising this via the forums, we're here to help.

 

To help avoid future confusion, if you took a handset with us via loan with a SIM or attached to a number the loan will still remain with us until completed. The tariff element has been switched to O2 so anything related to that  you would need to contact O2 directly, the various methods can be found here.

 

What help did you need with your handset loan?
