Promise to pay

I made a promise to pay yesterday for 13th February and today I receive a text my services are about to be restricted until I pay?

iv have enough of virgin if they cut my service I won’t pay 1p ever again.

the only number I can find is a automated payment number.

Hello vander18. Sorry to hear about the text message you have received. As you made the promise to pay for the 13th it may well be the system has not updated yet. The text message would have been scheduled to go out on a specific date.
