Hello I have had two failed engineer visits and I am being fobbed off about automatic compensation.

I have no service for 7 days and told im only entitled to £10 . I believe this does not fit what is advertised and I am being ignored about trying to seek compensation. Can anyone help . ?

thanks

Hi the rules regarding automatic compensation are very black and white. It should be credited to your account about 30 days after the fault has been fixed. Full details can be found here: https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms-and-internet/advice-for-consumers/costs-and-billing/automat...
