Hi (I'm not the only one with this issue!)

I received an offer to recontract via email. Having signed up I received the contract information and the confirmation it would go live within 14 days but on the next bill nothing had changed. By chance I then received another offer email with a slightly better price so went through the same steps presuming something had gone wrong the first time. Again I got the order confirmation etc but yet again the next bill has arrived and nothing has changed.

 

Can anyone help here as I don't particularly want to waste hours on a customer service line. If the most recent order can't be activated I'll have to cancel as the February bill goes up to full price.

How did you sign up was it via the email offer and you say this went through? 

When you got the new email did you pretty much change this right away and did the paperwork come through for this?

If so has this been over 14 working days also?

Hi, yes all went through via email and I received the confirmation that it would go live within 14 days. I had the email Nov 30th.
