Hello,
I would much appreciate if somebody from customer services could contact me as I am reaching a dead end trying to get returns packaging sent to me after closing my account.
I have the virgin media hub and tivo boxes packaged up since the 16th November ( I have existing packaging from the equipment delivery).
I did not receive any returns labels and after receiving a text on the 1st of December advising my prepaid returns packaging should have arrived, I filled out an online request to receive the returns packaging.
Still no packaging received and again I am threatened with a charge.
Is there anywhere I can hand the equipment in ? There is a virgin media engineer van parked up near my address, can a request be raised for an engineer to collect it ?
