Hello,
On Saturday I upgraded my virgin media to a new contract with Gig1 Fibre Broadband which I already have and tv, I received the confirmation by email. I ordered this through the app on my phone.
It has been 6 days now and I have not had any updates.
When i go to the link to view my orders and appointments online it says that i have no open orders?
Can someone provide me an update on the status of this order please.

If you have ordered through the app this can take anywhere between 10 - 15 working days to activate.
