I received a text yesterday with a link saying ‘review’ pre contract details. I clicked the link with then said approved here’s your new contract. I wasn’t able to review anything to agree to anything and my bill has been doubled. How can virgin do that without any agreement?!

Hi, no I haven’t spoken to virgin at all, it was a text message from them

In order to discuss this further, we'd suggest contacting the customer service team on 0345 454 1111, or 150 from a Virgin Media landline or Virgin Mobile.
