Contract renewal

Hi today I have received a renew contract email,  I have done a quick search but couldn't see a solution,  this states I can renew my contract , are these genuine my contract isn't up until the 27th September,  it is giving me a price which is £3 dearer than I'm currently paying as well as a 360 box
