Hi Virgin
After 48 hours on hold with Live Chat I've finally had the long discussion with Virgin CS about moving house within my contract term and have been informed that I need to send proof of residency of the new address within 28 days in order to get a refund on the disconnection charges
I thought I would receive the email address to send the documents to within the leavers' email that was sent soon after the chat ended so didn't write it down, but it wasn't in the email
Can you please send me the email address I need to use to send in these proof of residency documents?

Yes, saw that but slightly nervous that it has come from a forum user rather than a Virgin rep so thought I would see if Virgin would respond
