External brown box missing

Hi purchased a property not living there yet - the outside virgin media brown box has been damage and wiring exposed - Is it possible to get this replaced without signing up to Virgin package?


I am with Virgin at another property but not this one yetIMG_8707.png

Unless it is a safety hazard, VM will not attend an address that currently does not have any services. If you get in touch with the movers team & get the ball rolling on moving your services then you can follow up on this. VM will then check the condition of the drop line & will make good or replace as appropriate.
