Credit owing not returned

Hi, I wonder if anyone an point me in the right direction? I left VM back in May 2023 and received a letter in June 2023 saying that I would get a refund of money owing on my account. I understand that it can take up to 45 days (!!!) but that was 6 mths ago and I have not received a penny! Any ideas of who to contact. There is nothing obvious on the website. Thanks in advance

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
