The email address that i use is attached to another account so when i try and sign up for an account for my new virgin media services it brings my mums Virgin account up? How can i detach from that account and then use to set up a new account?
Is there a solution to this please?

You cannot move an email account from one broadband account to another.
If you are starting a new broadband account you must have a non VM email address.
