Have you faced issues with the Natwest Payement approval screen on any other companies payments before?

tried paying via mobile and getting the same issue.
This is the first time it's happened for me.

Can you try deleting and re-installing the app?
If you still have issues paying via your banking app, I'd suggest using a different payment method.

I've tried reinstalling the app, but it's still not working.
And I have no other payment methods to use apart from my card.

Thanks for confirming, do you see the same when you are using both WIFI and mobile data?
Also, have trying on other browsers helped at all?
