Additional charges

I've just received my bill to find an additional charge for £6.99 & £7.49 for an On demand additional feature (18), however, l never ordered anything as l wasn't at home.

I never purchase any additional features through Virgin Media and have no idea how to find out the exact details other than the date it was purchased and the amount. 

Could you please provide additional information as l've been charged for something that l have not purchased.

If you've not changed your TV PIN from the default 1234, you should do so ASAP.

That will prevent anyone with knowledge of VM's default, from making purchases on your behalf.
