Depending on what exactly you need, you can try a DSAR and see what that gives you

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/dsar

but there are some exclusions

Call Records
Outgoing calls from the service provided number for 12 months (Calls made from your number over a 12 month period) - This does not include any non-chargeable calls i.e. calls to 0800, 112, 999 and 911

Hi there allang13,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.

I’m sorry but unfortunately we can only provide full itemisation of your future bills, do you have a court order requesting historical call itemisation lists?

Regards,

Kain

No, but it is for an impending court case

Thanks for the response,

Once there has been a court order give our team a contact and we'll direct you to the team that can provide this.

Thanks,

Kain

I can appreciate the frustration caused however for this these will need to be obtained from us by your solicitor.
Your solicitor or legal representative will have a single point of contact (SPOC) process to follow for matters such as this.

Regards,

Kain
