Total Blackout (TV/Broadband/Landline)

Hi,
we lost ALL VM services (TV/Broadband/Landline) around 15:30 yesterday and help pages do not give me a real phone numbers I can ring.  Also O2 internet was very poorly yesterday when I was trying to report problems and this comes via VM now.
This also means I cannot make 999 calls from landline
How do I get support?

Check for a known local fault on 0800 561 0061 - it is an automated service.
Customer Support are on 150 or 0345 454 1111 from a non-VM phone.

I am sorry for the issues with your service. 

I have checked our systems and can see there is currently an outage impacting your area.

You might find that you don't have any Virgin Fibre, Voice, or Interactive Virgin TV services at the moment. This is taking longer than expected to resolve due to damage caused to fibre cables.

The Fault reference is F011009100 and the current estimated time of fix is 14 OCT 2023 16:00.
