Phone line cutting out

I am having exactly the same problem. I can be in the middle of a phone call and the line just cuts out.  Did you get yours sorted? What was the problem please

I am sorry to hear of the issue with the landline. Is this on every call or specific numbers?

Every call.  I also bought new telephones in case it was that but it is still cutting out when on a call
