Permanent number withheld

Hi

I've always had the permanent number withheld feature on my landline, but last year this disappeared. I've tried ringing a few times to get it added back to my landline, but nobody has been able to help with this so far. I rang about it again today and was told that this feature is no longer offered, but I can still see it on the Virgin Media website. Can anyone help with this please?

We're sorry to hear about the problems you've been having when trying to add the call feature back on 😔

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
