No incoming Calls

We are not receiving incoming calls. We have dial tone, can make outgoing calls. But calling from various sources no ringing tone and phone does not ring.

Any ideas.

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble with your landline service.

Are you able to test call your landline and try answering the phone to see if it connects? Have you tried a different handset?
