Landline Adapter

Adapter to plug my landline into my hub never turned up. Ordered another from Virgin.....hasn’t turned up!!

Can I purchase a generic one from from somewhere or does it have to be Virgin?

Sorry to hear you haven't received your adapter yet.

It would be best to use the one we supply to stop any possible faults further down the line.
I'd like to take a look into this for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
