Home phone no longer working

My son tried to call me today on my home phone. It did not ring and on checking it the line is dead.  I am wondering if this is due to switchover that I understand is taking place but I have received no notification whatsoever. I will have to call Virgin on my mobile tomorrow but meanwhile anyone who does not have my mobile number cannot contact me. Very frustrating and annoying.

Welcome back to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. 

I am sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues with your landline. 

It won't be due to a switchover as we have currently paused those. 

Have you tried troubleshooting here 👉  Why is my Virgin landline not working?

If after running through those checks, you still require additional support, then please do respond to my PM 📩 and we can take it from there.
