Balance for phone loan

I have tried messaging and texting the number but I’ve had no luck - not working.

im just wanting to know how much is left to pay on the phone and iPad loan with virgin.

Sorry to hear that the number you're trying to contact is not working. 

Can you advise what the number is you're calling/texting?

For the mobile phone, do you know if you have migrated to the O2 network?

Yes the sim has migrated but the handsets are still virgin media, I’ve message the 07 number and the virtual assistant

Can you advise what number is you're calling/texting that is not working? This is to check to see if you're contacting the correct number and we can also investigate further should their be an issue contacting through this method.

Oh okay, I don't believe this number is operational since we migrated to O2. 
Can you try contacting the Mobile finance team on either 0345 234 0753 or 0345 602 4420 and they should be able to assist further with this. 

Keep us updated if you have any further concerns at all.
