Constant Packet Burst - Call of Duty

As the subject says - constant packet-burst when playing Call of Duty online. manifests as rubber-banding. Rather annoying. Seems to be regardless of time or day.

Currently connected via Ethernet. Happens when connected over Wi-Fi too.

There's 'essential work' happening in my area, though this issue has been happening for a few months now.
