ntl email unusable

I have had an ntl email address for years. After a recent internet outage, it ceased working. Numerous 150 calls have failed to fix the problem. (Most have been useless, one tech support person extremely rude,)  I have had to resort to alerting all my contacts to the problem and use a gmail account. But this is so inconvenient as it means making calls to change my details. I’d still like to be able to use/gain access to my ntl email account (especially as I’m paying for it!) what’s the solution.

I'm so sorry to hear of the trouble you're facing with your email address/account. How are you going about trying to access it exactly, and what happens when you try?
