Hello,
Apple Mail won't verify my partners email password (setting up on a new computer.) I've signed in to webmail OK using the password but it won't work on the new computer. How can I reset the password? I've tried on net mail and in manage accounts but no luck. Appreciate any help.

I could be wrong but I think Virgin email now requires app passwords. If so, you will need to set up an app password for that email account. Others on this forum with more expertise may be able to advise further.
