My Outlook was working on 10th April. Just come back from a trip and now receiving the error:

Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance.

The encryption type is set to SSL on port 995 as detailed in your documentation.

We're sorry to hear you've been having some issues accessing your emails via Outlook. Just to clarify, is it a Virgin Media email account you're having issues with?

If so, are you able to sign in through our webmail service and manage your emails without any issues? If all is working OK from there, we'd recommend to take a look here where we have lots of information available about how to manage your account.
