I just started my tenancy. According to my landlord, they have been using Virgin Media and moved their service to new address. I am also interested in Virgin Media but when I search by address it said "it looks like you can't get out service right now"?

It's a 3stories apartment and my next door has coverages using the availability search. What can I do?

If the cables / sockets are present it may mean the landlords VM contract has not yet ended.

For a rented property be careful of the contract lengths with VM, early termination of a VM contract is very costly.
