Looks high, are you out of contract, or soon will be?

Ouch! At end of contract call "150" and say you are leaving/not renewing - Retentions often give a better deal. With Volt (Virgin Media and O2) I have 1Gig (M500*2), Telephone Line Rental (landline through Hub) Talk Weekends for £54 (before Apr inc.) only downside is contract that retains the abysmal VM Customer Service.

No way - you are paying too much. I pay around £20 per month just for broadband. The line rental was cancelled - Govt is getting rid of old landlines by 2025 - you are paying way too much. Tell them you are house moving and leave.

It's called "Compare the market" and if you see what discounts are possible you can negotiate "simples"

True - virgin have better deals for new customers. Also, if you are redundant or on benefits - they HAVE to provide broadband for around £12pm.
