They won’t let me leave

I’m absolutely disgusted with virgin kept me on the phone for hours and then he cut me off after deliberately putting me back on hold why is it so hard to cancel what the hell is going on I’ve filled the ofcom form

my bill has increased for a second time this year?

Virgin Media broadband revenue plunges

The revenue Virgin Media makes from its residential broadband customers (that's you and me) has plunged by over £30 million for the three months to 30 June year on year.Looks like the competitive heat is at last on.
