Thanks all. Re: Atom restart failure Engineer replaced the blue box in the box outside and checked all connections. I'll continue to monitor though the logs already show the Atom error this evening. I'll get back in touch if it keeps disconnecting daily. Re: Atom restart failure Thanks, I've booked an engineer for later in the week which seems a bit overkill for sending out a repalcement router, but we'll see. I'll update on progress later in the week. Thanks. Re: Atom restart failure Thanks for the detailed reply. No faults when checking on the phone line. I'll monitor the next few days then give customer services a call. Atom restart failure Hi hub 3, I keep getting frequent disconnects which aligns to green WiFi light flashing. Running the test I get "intermittent issues reported" but then they resolve. looking at logs I have a lot of these around the time of the disconnections; "NOTICE ATOM is restarted due to Kernel/oops panic as part of Self Healing Mechanism" What is the next step? A replacement or router upgrade? I'm on a 350mb service. Thanks SolvedRe: Renewal offer not honoured, online offer All resolved, thanks @David_Bn. DJ. Re: Renewal offer not honoured, online offer Nothing yet, @David_Bn if you've sent? If so can you please re-send. Thanks. Renewal offer not honoured, online offer Hi, My contract was due to expire next month; 350mb Volt broadband, Talk Weekends, Talk Extra 100 for £27. An offer on my account had the 'keep your existing package' for £39, then clicked a few links to decline it and got it down to £33. I queried over chat if this includes the Talk Extra 100 and they said it did (I have the transcript). Strangely they could only offer me the same deal for £39, then £35 then £34 no lower. They wondered why I didn't want to take up the offer. I accepted the online offer of £33, now I've had the contract documents through and the Talk Extra 100 has been removed. Has anyone had a similar experience and how do I proceed to either get Talk Extra 100 added back, or price re-negotiated. I don't mind dropping down a speed to keep weekend + talk 100, or weekend + evening calls. Raise a complaint or call 150 ? Thanks, DJ. Solved
