V6 to 360 upgrade

I have just upgrade to virgin 360 with my v6 box and can't record programs so I gave my box a restart and it's now stuck in a boot loop at the welcome screen can you please help I'm missing the football

BBC iplayer

I usually watch this using my Samsung app, but it's starting throwing me out. When I tried the version on my 360 all I get is a blank screen. Has the bbc been mucking about with the app? Anyone else having similar problems?

Resolved! New contract

Have taken a new contract which includes TV as it’s cheaper than just having internet and phone. I already have sky downstairs for tv so want my tv to go upstairs have been told this is ok will need engineer to put wiring into the bedroom?
