Virgin 360 reset?

Anyone else had their 360 box reset to it's original settings?  Mine has done this (again) today. All recordings lost, all scheduled recordings cancelled. All log ins with streaming services also deleted so now have to re -register with everything. This really is a **bleep** system compared to the old V6.

    Past cases of this behaviour tend to be early warning signs of a failing hard drive. Was your TV360 converted from a V6, or was it a brand new install?

    It's one of the 'upgraded' features of 360. 

  • If the 360 has deleted your recordings and planned recordings it's a sign that the box is faulty, especially if it has done it more than once. Some of the older V6 boxes don't like the update to 360.

    You can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
