Picture/sound problem has returned

Question

Hi, can a mod please arrange for am engineer to visit again please?

I logged a problem with picture and sound problems in December and the 360 box got replaced, this seemed to work for a while, but over the last few weeks the problem has returned and is getting worse by the day, on all channels, not just on Sky Sports like it was originally and it keeps flashing up a message that says it can't connect to the channel, please try again later.

I would include a video, but there is no upload option

Which Sky Sports, Sky Sports news or one of the other Sky Sports channels.

Currently watching Sky Sports Main Event UHD with no problems, done a quick check of Sky Sports News and and the other 2 you mentioned but didn't see any problems. If it's an area issue it would help if you said where you are.

Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your TV service at the moment.&nbsp;
Is this happening on channel 4 channels or is it happening on all of your channels? Please can you also check that the cabling is plugged in correctly and loose?
