Sound behind picture!
We had a problem where no apps would work. Contacted virgin and they passed to technical dept and they sorted it. However since then the sound is behind the picture and I don’t know what to do. So far every athletics race at the olympics has been, on my tv, a false start by around 2 seconds!
If you are only using a TV to listen (no soundbar or audio system connected) try using one of the PCM audio settings.
Settings > Audio & Video > Audio output has three options:-

PCM 5.1 (HDMI only)
PCM 2.0
