Picture and Sound
Is anybody else experiencing problems with picture and sound on all channels (360 box)?
The picture keeps pixalating and the sound keeps cutting out when it does.
I have reset the box multiple times due to constant issues I have been having with it and it is no better.
Is OnDemand and/or streaming OK?
If it is, I think you have the classic symptoms of a signal fault. If a single reboot has failed to resolve this, you have an underlying fault that VM will need to attend to - check for known area faults using the 0800 5610061 automated status line first.
If nothing's listed there, then assume you have a single-user-fault and you'll need a tech visit to check your equipment and cabling over. 0345 4541111 or 150 from a VM landline. Alternatively, VM staff often respond on these boards if you don't mind waiting a few days.
