I've tried factory reset including formatting and losing my recordings, but the message continues. Can't pause live TV. I tried 150 and was sent a link to self-help, but CS6002 isn't listed among the error codes.

When we try and watch recordings on the 2nd mini box we get the message Oops we couldnt connect to Virgin tv 1. We can watch all other content, plus apps. Checked connections and wireless connection, all OK. HelpJohn
