Setting up TV channels

Hi all, Had a look through the forum, contacted the WhatsApp and Live Chat team but I'm not getting a solution to the setting up channels error. It's only affecting some channels. Has anyone got a solution?

Faulty box on set up

When setting up the box, it has a constant amber light and making a beeping noise. My tv is also stuck on the welcome sign. The Wi-Fi is working throughout the home, I think I may have a faulty box.

HiHaving constantly to reboot virgin box each time I switch off the TV and back on.Very inconvenient and just been with virgin for only a month.Any help

Virgin on Apple TV

Now that we have the Apple TV+ app what are the chances or having TV Go on Apple TV? We've reached the limit of the mini-boxes and I don't have a spare HDMI port anyway.
