Resolved! V6 wont boot up after being in standby overnight

Simple remote

Can I order a simple remote, with only volume and channel if possible, or a big button remote.  This is for a 97 year old who is blind.  It is ONLY for BBC1,2 ITV, Channel 4.  No other channels are used.Thank you.
