Bose solo 5 sound bar

I have tried absolutely everything to get my 360 remote to operate my Bose solo sound bar. The system has picked it up and said paired but every time I use the volume keys it is just operating the TV sound not the Bose. End of my tether now.

So 18 months ago ( my contract is now ended)we upgraded to Volt Top package. They was surpose to have sent up 2 new remotes for my V6 boxs. They said they couldnt at the time. cause there was a ongoing order with the wifi Pods..They was never sent to...
