Re-routing broadband cable

I am having work done in the driveway/front garden and the builder has suggest I contact Virgin as our broadband cable will need re-routing between the street and the house.  Who do I contact in Virgin to start this process?  Thanks.

Damaged cable

Hi, could anyone tell me where online I can report a damaged cable?It has never been burried correctly since we moved in to the property many years agoNow worried it is going to cut right though at some point soon due to cars rolling over it
