Moving home

I have moved house and taken virgin with me. They have sent me a moving pack. None of the cables fit anything that's in the house. I dont have an internal box to plug into or anything. Who do I contact. Cheers 

Rerouting outside cable

I’m getting an extension and the conservatory which the virgin cable is attached to is due to be demolished in about a weeks time so I will need the cable rerouting. How do I go about arranging this?
