Resolved! Installation Shambles

Moved house 4th November, booked Virgin in advance to carry out installation on the 9th. I was told there would be no problems and I can definitely have Virgin on the 9th which was obviously not the case.Engineer turned up and pre-pull work is requir...


I signed up yesterday and will apparently receive a hub etc next week.  Looking at the QuickStart guide, it says “plug it in”. plug it in to what?  I don’t have a Virgin box how do I go about getting one?

Brown omni box broken

Hi thereMy external brown omni box has snapped off in poor weather, so all the cabling is exposed.please could someone message me to have an appointment booked to fix it to stop cables being damaged ?thanks !

Red light on hub 3

Using hub 3 in modem mode. Have continuous red power light. Hub slightly warm. Internet connection drops from time to time. Online check with virgin media. indicates connection problem.
