Why doesn't this company interact with its employees person on phone tells you one thing then engineer tells you another then a different engineer says something else you get told make sure your cable is tight then tight with spanner now getting told...

burning smell from hub

there is a burning small coming from my hub since sunday evening. there was a power cut in my street for a few mins, burning smell has only started since then. anyone know the best way to get this sorted out? thanks
