Resolved! Loose cables after storm

Hi VM After recent stormy weather some VM cables have come loose at my apartment building. The loose cable is quite low hanging and could easily  be grabbed by a child. Is it possible for someone from VM to reattach the loose cable?Thanks

Longer cable

How can I get a longer cable for my new router? The existing long cable is very old and the supplied new cable won't reach the route - too far from the electrical socket. Kirsten
