No welcome email

Hi,I signed up to Virgin Media with QuickStart on the 14/04/2023. I received the pre-contract documents and the hub and am all set up and the wifi is working. I haven’t yet received any welcome email or any other communication with an account number....

Hi, My address is not listed on the checker. My address backs on to a main road, would seem like fiber could be installed. Other addresses on the same street are listed. 2nd floor flat. I have requested an engineer visit. Thanks for your help. 

Not able to order
