No Welcome Email or Account Number

Hi, I placed an order a few days ago for Broadband with Virgin Media. I received the pre-contract information, but it didn’t include my account number or anything. My services are due to go live tomorrow and haven’t received my equipment or anything....

Cable's won't fit

Hello. Today I've received Hub 3 for the first time installation.And any of cable's won't fit. Not the to wall socket and not to the internet socket either. What should I do now?

Fibre installation query

Is it possible to get fibre installed to my ground floor flat ? My neighbour (yellow arrow) has recently had it installed, but after doing an address search via virgins website it says its currently unavailable at my flat (red arrow).
