Resolved! Upgrade to service

I was persuaded to upgrade my service yesterday and received confirmation within minutes however it has been 15 hours since and my package is still the same and hasn’t been updated.

Setting up the hub 4

I have received my hub 4 today and have finally managed to set it up and called the virgin media activation line but it has been hours since then and still no internet connection
